Carpe Diem and Tempus Fugit

In 2004 we bought Carpe Diem, a Catalina 320 sail boat. It is moored in the Fishermen's Marina in False Creek, Vancouver, B.C. We live in Harbour Cove, the condominium complex you can see just behind the dome of our Furuno radar. In  30  minutes we can  be sailing in English Bay. Click the picture to enlarge.

In 2006 we bought Tempus Fugit, a Pikmeer steel cruising boat designed for the canal, river and coastal waterways of Europe. During 2007 we lived aboard and cruised through Holland, Belgium and France as far south as St. Jean de Losne near Dijon. During 2008-10 we explored the surrounding waterways during June and July. In the summer of 2010 we continued south to the Med and the boat is now  moored at the coastal port of Gruissan just south of Narbonne. More....
