Ticketing Policy

We require you to purchase a ticket for every member of your party, regardless of age; we do not issue lap passes for our events. In consideration of others, please be sure the event is suitable for and of interest to your child. Strollers are not allowed in the theater. Fire code prohibits standing in the back.

When bringing a small child who is new to the Theatre, please choose aisle seats or near an exit, so if the child becomes noisy, you may exit discreetly.

We do not recommend our performances for children age 3 and under.

Ticketing Fees

A fee per ticket may apply to all tickets purchased via credit card.

Positive Identification

For your protection, we may ask for identification when you claim tickets from Will Call.

Online Ticket Purchases

When purchasing tickets online, please wait until you receive a confirmation from the system. Without a confirmation number you can print and bring with you, you do not have a ticket.

Refund/Exchange Policy

All ticket sales are final.  We may exchange tickets for a different performance of the same show, if you request an exchange at least 48 hours in advance.

Arrive on Time

Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before curtain time.  Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house management; latecomers are not guaranteed their reserved seats.

Free Tickets for Students

A limited number of complimentary tickets at each performance are set aside so young people may see the play free of charge.  To qualify, the student must be age 4 to 17 and must be queued up at the venue's box office one hour before the curtain time.  Tickets will be distributed one per student, first come first serve, while supplies last.  A child age 12 or under who receives a free ticket must be accompanied by an adult (with a paid ticket).
