Spa Policies & Etiquette

New and Existing Clients:
-Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your service to complete client forms. Late arrivals will result in service being shortened in time with full price being charged.
-When booking appointment for the 1st time A credit card must be left on file. 
-Platinum Day Spa is not responible for lost or stolen items.
-Platinum Day Spa has the right to change spa rules, regulations, and pricing at anytime.
-Client agrees to follow spa rules and regulations. 
-We have the right to refuse or discontinue service.

Cancellations:
-No shows will be charged full price of total service
-We require 24 hr notice for any cancellations. Any cancels less than 24 hrs will be charged 
50% of total services
If using a Gift Certificate for payment deductions will be taken from the value of certificate.

Gratuities:
-Price of service does not include gratuities. Envelopes are available at the front desk when checking out.
Cash gratuities only
 

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Certificates.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-returnable.
When using a Gift Certificate for payment, you must have it present at time of service.
