2018 Program Highlights

Our 2018 program welcomed students from Ohio, Missouri, Georgia, North Carolina, California, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and Connecticut! In addition to participating in individual research projects in plant and environmental health, they underwent training in lab and field safety and science communication skills, performed a group project to understand the effects of nanoparticles in preventing chrysanthemum disease, and got career advice from industry, diagnostic, and regulatory plant health professionals. A few highlights and the final presentations are posted below.
