Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Puffs

  • 1/2 (17.3-oz) package puff pastry, thawedProsciutto Wrapped Asparagus Puffs - only 4 ingredients! Asparagus, prosciutto, dijon mustard and puff pastry. Great side dish or appetizer. Can make ahead of time and freezer for later. You can't go wrong with this recipe! SO easy and delicious!!
  • 3 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 4 or 5 slices very thin prosciutto
  • 40 asparagus spears, trimmed


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.


Unfold the puff pastry sheet and roll into a 10-inch square. Spread dijon mustard over pastry. Top with prosciutto. With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut puff pastry in half; then cut each half into 20 strips. Wrap each strip around one stalk of asparagus - prosciutto side touching asparagus. Place on a large parchment lined cookie sheet. (May need 2 cookie sheets)


Lightly spray wrapped asparagus spears with non-stick cooking spray.


Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
