My name is Po-Keng (Frank) Cheng. I completed PhD in Applied Mathematics and Statistics at Quantitative Finance in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics at SUNY–Stony Brook University on August 2016. My current research deals with the applications of mathematical theory and quantitative methods in economics and finance. As a doctoral student, my research had been guided by Professor Svetlozar Rachev. I was a postdoctoral researcher at Chaire Data Analytics & Models for Insurance, Laboratoire SAF, Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, a project assistant at the Department of Finance at National Central University, a postdocotral researcher at Institute of Statistical Science, Academia Sinica, a project assistant professor at Department of International Business, Soochow University, a postdoctoral researcher at National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, National Health Research Institutes, and currently an assistant professor at Department of Finance and Cooperative Management, National Taipei University.
