Since 2014, I am a senior researcher and Project Manager at the Software Engineering Research Group, University of Osnabrueck, Germany.

Here, I lead a research and innovation project on model-based specification and validation of timing requirements (Modelbasiertes Werkzeug zur Erfassung Und Integration von Zeiteigenschaften Für die Entwicklung Eingebetteter Systeme (MOEWE)). This project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology and executed in close co-operation with Willert Software Tools GmbH, SymtaVision GmbH, Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences and University of Applied Sciences, Osnabrueck.

I am also involved in preparing project applications (typically ZiM projects), teaching (Master-level computer science courses such as Advanced Software Engineering) and thesis supervision.

Prior to this, from Sept 2009, I was with the Institute of Computer Engineering, UAS, Osnabrueck. During this stint, I have been part of several research and Innovation projects supported by grants from the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, Germany. These projects were executed in close collaboration with industrial partners Willert Software Tools GmbH and BTC Embedded Systems AG
