Welcome to my web... you'll find information about my research and about me!

I'm an applied-theory economist, interested mainly in the simultaneous interdependence amongst Firms, Policy Makers and Voters/Consumers. In my research, I mix instruments and cover topics typical of Public Economics, Political Economy, Political Science, and Industrial Organisation.

I'm a Ramon y Cajal Fellow @ Autonomous U. of Barcelona (UAB) since 2018. I'm also an Affiliated Professor @ the Barcelona School of Economics (BSE) and a Research Affiliate @ the Barcelona Economics Institute (IEB) and @ MOVE.

I received my PhD from the Toulouse School of Economics in 2008. Afterwards, I had a two-year appointment @ Universidad de Alicante (2008-10), followed by 7 years @ the U. of Barcelona (2010-17). Meanwhile, I've also acted as Adjunct Professor (Microeconomics II) @ University Pompeu Fabra (2011-15).

I've been visiting: Autonomous U. of Barcelona (6 mths in 2008); CentER - Tilburg (3 mths in 2010 and in 2015 & several short visitings), Collegio Carlo Alberto - Torino (3 mths in 2015 & several short visitings), and Stern - NYU (1 mth in 2017).
