First you need install the libusb driver. We packaged a setup to install this driver, you can download it here.
This driver is 32 and 64 bits compatible with multiple architecture ( X86,AMD64,IA64 ).

When this driver is installed, connect your pinguino and go to the control panel/system/device manager.
You should see something like this:


If Pinguino project appear with a warning, select it, right click 'properties' and select the driver button.
The pinguino.inf file is in c:\program files\LibUSB\driver

Then you can install:
Download Pinguino Last Release

extract pinguino in a new folder, go to the folder and right click on Pinguino betaX.py
then click on launch with and select python
