This website has been created by Volunteer Members of the Association to provide members with updates on Association activities, to answer questions about membership, and to give quick access to our governing documents.
We had a small crew of volunteers participate in resurfacing one finger pier at Hall Haven. The removal and resurfacing took just under two hours with a crew of five. We have agreed to a schedule of doing one finger pier each week starting in January and will be working on Tuesday's weather permitting, with Thursday as the alternate date. With this schedule we will not wear out the crew and should finish in March before the boating season begins. We will also be doing some spot repairs at Brock Basin during the same time period.

Who We Are: Pine Knoll Association, Inc., is a non-profit corporation responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of all common properties which fall within the residential area known as Pine Knoll Shores Subdivision. Currently, our Association maintains five parks, two marinas with boat ramps, numerous boat docks, and has multiple water access sites. Additionally, PKA partners with the Town of Pine Knoll Shores and CAMA to provide ongoing maintenance for our local canals and waterways.
PKA currently has more than 700 members, many of whom are second homeowners or part-time residents. Our membership meets annually to elect a Board of Directors and to act on other Association business. The Board meets on the second Monday of each month at 9:30 a.m. and meetings are open to all members. Association and Board meeting minutes are posted on this site, as well as current budgets, contact information, and other important items related to PKA membership.
Volunteers are the heart and soul of Pine Knoll Association. They give expertise and elbow grease to a wide range of projects that enhance and protect our outdoor spaces. They work tirelessly to keep our parks safe and enjoyable for everyone who uses them. All members are encouraged to participate in volunteer activities with PKA -- no special skills required--just the desire to pitch in. If you have some time to spare, we would love to hear from you.
PKA is fortunate to be a part of such special Pine Knoll Shores community where residents are committed to maintaining the beauty and integrity of our unique coastal environment. This website is yet another way to provide information and connect us as owners, neighbors, and friends.
