The perfect class to end your work week! Unwind and let go of the stress from the week in this yoga flow class. Class incorporates Sun Salutations, Yoga Asanas, Deep Stretching, Breathing and Relaxation Techniques. No prior yoga experience necessary. Bring your own mat as supplies are limited.

Mondays 5:30 – 6:15 PM

Dance those calories away with this high energy cardio dance class. Learn simple and fun steps set to upbeat music from different countries around the world including salsa, meringue, and even Bollywood! Wear comfortable clothing you can dance in and light aerobics or dance shoes. Beginners welcome!


Pilates Mat Class


Mondays 6:15 – 7:00 PM

Enjoy the most relaxing and effective form of exercise around today. Learn the Pilates technique to realign your entire body and virtually eliminate all aches and pains associated with muscular imbalances and stiff joints. Wear comfortable clothing, no shoes required, limited mats available so bring one if you have one! Beginners welcome!










 



Barre Fitness


Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:15 PM

An original class comprised of simple ballet barre exercises meshed with traditional aerobics and strength training moves. This class will improve balance, agility, strength, flexibility, and the cardiovascular system. Wear comfortable clothing and light aerobics shoes. Beginners welcome!
