An original class comprised of simple ballet barre exercises meshed with traditional aerobics and strength training moves. This class will improve balance, agility, strength, flexibility, and the cardiovascular system. Wear comfortable clothing and light aerobics shoes. Beginners welcome!


Pilates Mat Class

Enjoy the most relaxing and effective form of exercise around today. Learn the Pilates technique to realign your entire body and virtually eliminate all aches and pains associated with muscular imbalances and stiff joints. Wear comfortable clothing, no shoes required, limited mats available so bring one if you have one! Beginners welcome!

Yoga
Fridays 
5:30 - 6:30 PM

Unwind from your work week and leave your  stress on your yoga mat. Refresh your mind to be open for having a great weekend! Settle in to child's pose, get comfortable, and breathe. Quiet your mind and let go of your to do lists and troubles. After a beginning guided relaxation we begin to move slowly activating our bodies and slowly warming up the muscles. The first half of the class will slowly progress in speed and move through various standing asanas. As the second half of the class approaches it will slowly regress in speed and eventually bring you back to the floor for Savasana. No prior yoga experience necessary. Bring your own mat (extra mats are limited) and yoga bricks if you have them (not a requirement for the class)

Learn simple and fun steps set to upbeat music from different countries around the world including salsa, meringue, and even Bollywood! Wear comfortable clothing you can dance in and light aerobics or dance shoes. Beginners welcome!
