Hello Leedy folk dancers and friends,

Join in Monday April 29, 7 to 9 pm for Israeli and International folk dancing! We will continue to review new dances taught recently like David Melech, the Croatian dance Aj Lipo Ti Je, and Hame Antezet. Here is a link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKh71akzP68.

While I was away, Team Leedy has done a excellent job running the sessions and I want to thank everyone for pitching in. I hope that this team spirit will continue and evolve, to nurture leaders, and to make folk dancing a rewarding leading and dancing experience for all!

In particular, I want to thank the following team members: Bonnie Bliesner, Shannon Cahill-Weisser, Lynne Chassin, Mimi Epstein, Rhona Feldman, Melinda Holtzman,  Debbi Montrose, and Jackie Pelner-Frankle. Did I inadvertently leave anyone out?? These dancers led sessions, taught dances, opened and closed Leedy Grange, and took care of myriad administrative tasks, and more. Thank you all!! It does take a village.

Looking forward to seeing you on the dance floor!
