Picnic Pops is BACK for 2018! The big date is Saturday May 19th. Picnic Pops is a community effort, so we very much need your help to make it a success. This website will provide updates as we prepare for the event, please check frequently, if you have any questions.  Thanks!

• The schedule of performances for the day. Band performances begin at 10:15AM and continue to 5:40PM.

• Each high school family is asked to contribute three hours of volunteer time, split between adults and students. If a family donates a baked-good to the Cake Walk, it counts as one volunteer hour.
We need help with ticket sales and volunteer coordination, cooking and serving food, and running the cakewalk and all carnival games.

• We ask that you select your family effort contribution as soon as possible.

   2. Enter your email address: (You will NOT need to register an account on Signup.com) 
   3. Sign up! Choose your spots - Signup.com will send you an automated confirmation and reminders. The day of Picnic Pops
       check-in at the blue and white striped Volunteer and Ticket Tent. Easy!

Beverage Donations: Each high school family is asked to donate two 2-liter bottles of beverage (name-brand pop or drink). Bring these to the Pioneer Band Room on Thursday May 17th or Friday May 18th; or bring them to Picnic Pops on Saturday, May 19th, and drop them off at the ring toss game at Pioneer.

Cake Walk Donations:  We need donations of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, or muffins for the Cake Walk (NO refrigerated items will be accepted). One donation of a baked item counts toward one hour of your family’s three-hour volunteer commitment. Please bring your baked good items to the Cake Walk at Picnic Pops on May 19th, starting at 9:00 AM.
One dozen cupcakes, or 2 dozen cookies, or one cake counts as a ITEM.
   • Please include a list of ingredients for every donation
   • There will be a "Nut Free" and a "Gluten Free" section.
   • All donations must be on disposable plates/pans and wrapped with plastic wrap or in a ziplock bag.
   • Refrigeration is NOT AVAILABLE. Please do not bring any item that must be refrigerated.
   • Plates, trays, pans cannot be returned.
   • Please sign in when you drop off your baked good donation so we can give you credit!

Cake Decorating Contest: The Cake Decorating Contest 2018 theme is "Our Four-Legged Friends". Only AA High School students are allowed to enter, either alone or as teams. The Grand Prize Cake Decorator is awarded a trophy for their high school band room and a $40 cash prize! Two additional cash prizes are also awarded. Click the link for more information.

Prices: The prices for 2018 Food and Games are listed. Tickets must be purchased at the cash box and are $0.50 each.
