About Timing / Length of Rental:

Q1. How long do I keep the equipment? 
Keep it for the weekend (Ex: [Fri-Mon], [Fri-Sun], [Sat - Mon], or [Sat-Sun] in Trussville or [Sat-Sun] in Pelham or [Fri-Mon] in Pelham)

During the week, keep for 24 hours (Ex: Tues-Wed). 

Q2. How soon should I reserve? 
At least 2 weeks for popular items. We accept online reservations up to 8 pm the night before pick up.

Q.3 When do I pick up and return the equipment?
Pick up is usually between 8 am - 9 am on specific days. Please check the location office hours as they vary.
If a holiday fall during the week, the return is the next day.

About Payment / Pricing:

Q4. Do you offer refunds? 
No, however we do offer a 1 yr rain check if you cancel 48 hours prior to your pick up.

Q5. Do you offer a school or church discount? 
Yes, please use "school" or "church" as your discount code for 10% off when ordering online. 

Q6. Do you charge extra if I choose to pick up Fri and return Mon in Trussville? 
No. W
hen you complete your reservation simply schedule the return location that works best for you. Ex: Pick up Sat in Pelham and return Mon in Trussville as long as you indicate that in your reservation.


About the Process:

Q7. Do I need to load the equipment myself? 
No, we will load it for you. Make sure to check the appropriate vehicle type in each unit's description.

Q8. Can I send someone to pick up for me? 
Yes, they will need a driver's license or ID, the confirmation email, and to sign for release for the equipment.

Q9. Do you deliver? 
No, we do not deliver.

Q10. Do I have to pick up and return to the same location? 
No, when you complete your reservation simply schedule the return location that works best for you. Ex: Pick up Sat in Pelham and return Mon in Trussville as long as you indicate that in your reservation.
