  Some Great Vegan Recipes from Alyssa  

Kim’s friend Alyssa sent her these recipes. Kim says “Alyssa is a straight vegan, so she is use to all the extra prep work and added recipes.” “However, I’m sure these ideas can be tweaked as needed!”

Things that need to be completed before you can stay and practice- High School & Jr. High School Girls

Below are things that everyone MUST HAVE COMPLETED to run XC at the High School or Junior High level this season. 

1.  Online Registration using  8to18

2.  OHSAA Physical and PXC Emergency Medical Form

  Running after school on...  

Tuesday - Thursday - Friday
3:00-4:30PM

We'll be doing conditioning with track
during this time too, but it just conditioning.

We want you to have someone to run with, a
reason to run, because you have someone to run with.

Attending these days does not mean you are going
out for track -nope, you're just running.

Bring a friend, someone who wants to run!

Weight Room afterwards, so it may be a little later getting out -depends how fast you are I guess.

Dress for the weather, but if it is raining...
we will not go outside.
If school would be cancelled...
we will not meet that day.
If we would have an early dismissal due to weather... 
we will not meet that day.
