What is Project Graduation? Project Grad is an all night party for all seniors: a safe, sober and fun way to celebrate on graduation night. In a matter of days, the Piner gym is transformed into a cool party. Seniors can dance, gamble in the casino and play carnival games to earn raffle tickets, win prizes, eat great food, have a caricature done, get a tattoo (not a real one, henna or airbrushing), and just hang out with friends… one last time! Tickets are all-inclusive. The gift of admission is a great idea for your graduating senior!
This event is made possible by the generous support and involvement of PHS parents and the local business community. Project Grad is not an event strictly for senior parent involvement; parents of students in all grade levels are needed to plan, organize and staff the event. Please consider getting involved by completing the Volunteer Sign Up form. If you are unable to volunteer your time, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to the program.
Because of Project Graduation celebrations all over Sonoma County, there have not been any alcohol-related deaths on graduation night in 26 years! Please come to our first meeting on Wednesday, September 4th, 2013 at 6:30 in the Piner Library (the 1st Wednesday of each month).

A contract completed by the student and parents must be turned in prior to Grad Night for entry into the event. Students must bring their ID cards to Grad Night for entry. Download the 2014 PHS Project Graduation Contract
WE NEED YOU!In order to successfully run this all night event, we require the help of 50-75 parent volunteers and a minimum of $12,000 each year. Parents of any grade level are encouraged to participate - especially those of Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors! Got time? Email us and tell us you can help with set up, clean up or running the event on grad night. Got resources? Email us and tell us about that too! With so much to do, every little bit helps - even if its just a few hours. You won't regret it!!
All donations are Tax Deductible - All donors receive a thank you letter and receipt for their taxes. Names of donors over $1,000 will have their name published in a thank you ad in the Press Democrat next fall.
