2017 Fall Craft Fair

Our 5th Annual Ponderosa High School Arts & Crafts Fair will take place on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 9am-4pm in the school’s large gym and cafeteria. Set up will be from 6:30am-9am and tear down will be from 4pm-6pm. We will have space for 80 - 100 vendors. We request that all contracted vendors be prepared to sell cash and carry items from their booth. Only one vendor per direct sales company will be accepted into the event; if more than one application is received from the same company, the earliest complete application will be accepted. In addition, the number of vendors accepted from specific categories may be limited and we will make every effort to place vendors with like products away from each other. All vendors must submit a photo of products being offered with their application.

Ponderosa High School, 7007 E. Bayou Gulch Road, Parker, CO 80134 is located at the corner of Parker Road (Highway 83) and Bayou Gulch Road.


Your application must include:
  • The Completed and Signed Application & Regulations (2 pages) Product Photo emailed to PHSArtsFair@gmail.com
  • Full Payment
    1. Mail – Check & required items to: PHS Music Boosters, P.O. Box 2152, Parker, CO 80134 (DO NOT MAIL TO PONDEROSA HIGH SCHOOL)
    2. E-mail the required items to: PHSArtsFair@gmail.com and pay on-line at http://www.ponderosamusic.org/
Booths are 8’ x 10’ (in-line with 10’ of frontage space). A limited number of corner/prime
booths are available for an additional $10.

Vendors will supply their own table(s), chair(s), and any other fixtures desired. Everything must fit in the contracted space. Requests for electricity will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, as there is limited access.
