Accepted paper to the 15th MICCAI conference, Oct 2012

posted May 21, 2012, 8:40 AM by Philippe Ciuciu
Our fruitful collaboration with the MISTIS team at INRIA Rhône-Alpes has led to an adaptive and hemodynamically-informed parcellation of fMRI dataset at the subject level that enters in the Joint Detection Estimation framework. Combined with a variational inference scheme, these ideas have been positively welcomed in the Medical Imaging Community (MICCAI conference) on May, 18.
Our accepted paper is entitled:
Adaptive hemodynamic-informed parcellation of fMRI data in a variational Joint Detection Estimation framework and is co-signed by Lotfi Chaari, Florence Forbes, Thomas Vincent and Philippe Ciuciu.
