CURRICULUM VITAE 

• Since September 2017, I am a Staff Engineer at Synopsys QuantumATK in Denmark, as a result of acquisition of QuantumWise A/S by Synopsys Inc.

• In April 2016, I joined QuantumWise A/S (Copenhagen, Denmark) as a Scientific Specialist.

• 2013 - 2016, I was a Researcher in the Nano TCAD Group in the Integrated Systems Laboratory at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich, Switzerland).

• In December 2010, I was promoted to a Research Staff Member at the IBM Research Division (IBM Zurich Research Laboratory in Rueschlikon, Switzerland). 

• In May 2009, I joined the Computational Sciences Group of Dr. Alessandro Curioni at the IBM Zurich Research Laboratory (Rueschlikon, Switzerland) as a Postdoctoral Researcher. 

• 2006 - 2009, I worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Computational Materials Science Group at the University of Twente.

• In May 2006, I received a PhD degree in Computational Materials Science/Solid State Physics (supervisors: Prof. Dr. Paul J. Kelly and Dr. Geert Brocks) at the University of Twente (Enschede, the Netherlands).

• In January 2002, I received a Candidate of Sciences degree (verbatim from Russian: 'Kandidat Nauk') in Theoretical Physics (supervisor: Prof. Dr. Lev I. Komarov) at the Institute of Physics and Belarusian State University (Minsk, Belarus).

• 2000 - 2001, I was a Junior Research Staff Member in the Laboratory of Theoretical Physics in the Institute of Physics (Belarusian National Academy of Sciences, Minsk, Belarus).

• 1997 - 2000, I worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Theoretical Physics at the Belarusian State University (Minsk, Belarus). 

• In June 1997, I received a Diploma in Physics (Highest Honors) with major in Theoretical Physics (Belarusian State University, Minsk, Belarus).

• In June 1992, I finished Secondary School #88 in Minsk (Belarus) with the Highest Award from Belarusian Ministry of Education.
