Welcome everyone to my page. I started collecting tobacco-sized mini's in 2010 when I opened my first box of Allen & Ginter. The history of the tobacco card really caught my collector-fascination and I decided to concentrate my collecting efforts solely on mini's. I have amassed a huge amount of mini's over the last couple years (30,000+ so far) and I love helping other set collectors and player collectors as well.
I basically try to collect all the mini sets out there, including all the variations with a few exceptions. I am always open for trades, I've done over 900 trades on Beckett.com, my username there is petesahuttt if anyone wants to check my feedback. I ship responsibly (penny sleeve, top-loader, team bag and bubble mailer) and I use Paypal shipping so I always give out DC#'s.
Drop me a line if I have anything you need, if you have something I need, or even if you have some feedback on how to make my site a bit better (I am in no way a web designer, actually I'm pretty lucky I've made it this far)
I can be reached via email at: email@example.com
Exciting New Addition!
Just thought I'd share a little of what my work space looks like, it's always a joyous feeling when everything is sorted :)
What's not shown is all the moster boxes of 'other stuff' I have, standard sized cards galore, that I will move even in bulk for mini's
So I've started scanning my sets and posting them up on photobucket. I've tried to include links to the sets from the corresponding pages if anyone wants to watch set scanning in progress :) I finished 2006 A&G and will work chronologically unless someone for some weird reason would want a certain set done first ;)
In any case here's a direct link to the '06 A&G stuff: http://s385.photobucket.com/albums/oo293/petesahutt/2006%20Ginter/
I've also been working on this cross-stitch project (it's been over 2 years since I started) It was a hybrid of my two hobbies and I can't wait to finish it and get it framed. I'm having trouble with translating the logo image to a realistic stitching pattern.
I need work on sizing my images, but this is stitched on 32-count Cream Linen over 2 thread counts. It's about 12inches wide and will be about 24inches long. Many thousands of stitches later and it's just about half done :( Between this and sorting mini's I should be blind by 50 ;)
I've even gone back to some of the beginnings of the A&G brand and put together a nice little collection of the 1887 Flags of All Nations Series. You can view more pics in my photobucket http://s385.photobucket.com/albums/oo293/petesahutt/1887%20Ginter
