I am a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Economics, ELTE Centre for Economic and Regional Studies (ELTE KRTK KTI) and an Associate Professor at Corvinus University of Budapest. My research lies at the intersection of empirical health and labour economics, with a focus on causal inference using rich administrative data. I have also been involved in policy analysis in applied economic settings, drawing on statistical and econometric methods.
I teach courses in econometrics, health economics and machine learning, and currently supervise three PhD students.
Before academia, I worked as the head of the tax forecasting team at the Office of the Fiscal Council of Hungary and as an analyst at the Ministry of Finance.
I obtained my Ph.D. in Statistics from ELTE and hold master's degrees in Mathematics (ELTE) and Economics (Corvinus).
