Peter Birtwistle House

Peter Birtwistle House is a complex of 12 flats situated in the centre of town. They are located on the first and second floors of the building which is serviced by a lift. There is parking at the rear of the building and space to store and charge a mobility scooter, these incur an extra charge. There is a communal terrace on the first floor with seating. The flats all differ in size, all but one flat have an open plan kitchen lounge arrangement. Two of the properties are 2 bedroomed, and there are 2 disabled friendly flats. 5 of the 12 flats have their own private terrace area.
