Home

The Peter Birtwistle Trust is a Registered Charity and Housing Association based in Colne, Lancashire.
The Trust provides supported accommodation for the elderly of Colne in one bedroomed bungalows and flats which are situated on five sites;
  1. Birtwistle Close
  2. Birtwistle Fold
  3. Standroyd Bungalows
  4. Hyde Park
  5. Keighley Road Flats
  6. Birtwistle East Lemes
  7.  
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants need to be 60 years or over and have been born in Colne or have lived in Colne for 10 years or more.

Application forms can be picked up from Colne Town Hall, the Peter Birtwistle Trust office or downloaded from this site.
 
NOTES FOR APPLICANTS

NEW DEVELOPMENT
There are plans to build a further 12 bungalows at the bottom of Peter Birtwistle Close.  This new development should be completed by late 2017.  You can specify this area as an accommodation choice on the application form by selecting 'Birtwistle East Lemes'.
