The bar and the panoramic terrace provide a delightful venue for a cocktail or an after-dinner drink.

All of the delicious and gourmet meals are Glatt Kosher under the strict supervision of Rabbi D.S. Zoldan shlit"a Seret Vishnitz . The hotel operates at a Mehadrin min HaMehadrin standard, and does not serve kitniyot or shruya, but does serve shmurah matza (hand or machine).  The kids have also been thought of. A rich and varied game room offers a number of activities for any age, and babysitting services are available for guests on demand. This way, you can enjoy your tours confidently, knowing that your children are being  care for
Location:Lake Maggiore, or Lago di Maggiore, is one of Italy's largest and most popular lakes. Formed from a glacier, the lake is surrounded by hills in the south and mountains in the north. It's a long and narrow lake, about 65 kilometers long but only 1 to 4 kilometers in width, with a total distance around the lakeshore of 150 kilometers. Offering year-round tourist activities and a fairly mild climate, the lake can be visited almost any time of year

 How to get to Us:
Milan’s Malpensa airport is the nearest to the Italian part of the lake – 34 miles away.
Milan’s Linate is also relatively near, though you could consider flying to Zurich and training it to Locarno if you want to include Switzerland in your trip. Lake Maggiore Transportation - Getting Around the Lake:
Ferries and hydrofoils link the major towns on the lake and go to the islands. Buses also serve towns around the lake. A nice day trip from Stresa is taking the ferry or hydrofoil to Switzerland and returning by train.

Borromeo Islands
: Three picturesque islands can be reached by ferry from Stresa - Isola Bella, Isola Madre, and Isola dei Pescatori.
Villa Pallavicino Park: The park at villa Pallavicino, near Stresa, has large botanical and zoological gardens with many plant and animal species. It's open daily from late spring through October 31.
Villa Taranto Botanical Gardens: The botanical gardens are in the small town of Verbania, near the Swiss glaciers.
Lagoni di Mercurago: The park in the hills outside Arona near the small town of Mercurago is a good place for hiking and mountain biking (closed to motor vehicles). In the park are many animals, birds, and plants and a few small lakes.
Mottarone Mountain: You can take a cable car from Stresa Lido or drive up the panoramic Borromea road from Stresa through the hills above the lake. From the top is a 360-degree view of the lake district and the Alps. In summer it's a good place for hiking or painting and in winter there's skiing.
Castles and Fortresses: The Rocca di Arona sits on the cliffs above Arona and has good lake views. The fortress was the scene of many battles but the remains are now a public park with ducks and peacocks. The 12th century Angera Castle is a preserved castle with a doll museum inside. Near the Swiss border, the castles of Cannero sit on a rocky island near the shore.
Santa Anna Gorge: The gorge at the end of the Cannobino River, a favorite place for white water rafting and kayaking.
