9-10 September

Light winds for Saturday's general sailing but eight boats went out with most sailing up towards the harbour. The wind finally faded completely leaving the safety boats to rescue those stuck up the creek with or without a paddle.
Sunday's race was postponed while a squall blew through, causing two streakers to blow off their trollies. When the race did start, conditions had moderated a lot and a pleasant sail was had by the four remaining boats. Race two introduced an additional tactical question when sailors were told to sail a triangle and two sausages which could be performed in any order. I happened that triangle first was the wrong decision today.
