them to include healthy ingredients.  I love to cook and these are some of my very favorite reicpes.

There are a lot of recipes that we would love for you to have available. What  I do is find one that I like and then change the ingredients to a healthier variety and try it to see if we like it.  Usually it turns out awesome.  These are the recipes I will give you. 

Keep checking back to this page.  I will be adding more and more recipes often.  Most of the recipes are going to be healthy everyday meals, but I know there are holidays and times when you want a special treat so I will include those recipes as well.  These recipes may just be used with natural or organic ingredients, but have the same amount of fat and calories as the regular version.  The one thing that will not be included in any of my recipes is any added trans fat or man made fats.  You can usually find an organic version of any regular ingredient.
