Persimmon cake with butter cream frosting

2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 eggs room temperature

1 1/4 cups sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups persimmon purée

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes

Butter cream frosting

1 cup unsalted butter room temperature (2 sticks of butter)

2 cups powdered sugar

2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 tablespoons persimmon purée
