Performance-Directed Culture and The Performance Culture Maturity ModelTM

Too many organizations invest in Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions without the needed conditions to ensure success. As it turns out, the right culture-one that is receptive to BI and EPM—is often the missing ingredient.

This is the basis for my latest book: Profiles in Performance: Business Intelligence Journeys and the Roadmap for Change and a new and innovative diagnostic service offering, based on my Performance Culture Maturity Model (patent pending).

It is my hope that, through my efforts, organizations will become more performance-directed and begin to realize the promised value of their BI and EPM investments.

How would your organization stack up on The PCMM?

Take the PCMM Diagnostic Survey and find out!

After taking the PCMM diagnostic survey, we'll contact you with a complimentary, preliminary analysis and index*.

An Average of 2.8 out of 4.0: In a recent study conducted with The Palladium Group, a group of more advanced organizations scored an average of only 2.8 out of a possible 4.0 on our Performance-Culture Index.  A score of at least 3.0 is required to be considered (nominally) "performance-directed".

The Performance Culture Maturity DiagnosticTM Service

Using our Patent-Pending Performance Culture Maturity Model TM (PCMM) and associated methodologies and processes, we can perform a comprehensive analysis of an organization's culture to determine its receptivity towards Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

This can help to unc
over obstacles that are slowing the progress of e
xisting BI and EPM programs and can increase the chances for success with new initiatives.

Our PCMM diagnostic process involves several phases culminating in the presentation of our analysis and findings - with a culture maturity "index" for the organization and specific recommendations for improvement.

Once completed, the diagnostic can be updated periodically to measure an organization's ongoing progress towards a performance-directed culture.

*Please note that the complimentary PCMM analysis is preliminary and a limited sample of one step in the process of ascertaining an organization's performance-directed culture. A more complete study and analysis must be done before remediation.
