The 2017 March past will be the Waratahs v Blues at Allianz (Moore Park) Saturday May 6, 2017

All players receive a ticket and typically a ratio of 10:1 for coaches and managers. Adult tickets will be available for approx. $10 each and need to be purchased inside a small window. Would be great to have everyone in their orange and green in the crowd as it stands out!

Dear Club contacts,

Please find attached a letter with final details regarding the March Past on Saturday.

Some important points to note:

There are well over 2,000 persons marching and organising and marshalling this number of people is a huge task.

We are requesting that Clubs arrive in plenty of time and assemble on the paved area on the western side of Driver Ave as per the map attached. Clubs should gather all their participants together before they can proceed to the SCG via Gate A. The marchers will be escorted across the road and into the SCG.

Supporters must be told that they cannot access the SCG at this time. They need to enter the stadium via the gate on their supporters ticket.

Attached is a voucher which can be used to access free public transport to the March Past…HOWEVER..the extra buses and trains may not have commenced at the time that you need to leave…please check timetables and ensure you allow plenty of time for the trip. ***Apparently sorted now that they will be***

After the March, players will be taken to their designated area and will meet up again with the supporters.

Those Clubs who purchased supporter tickets late cannot be guaranteed that they will be sitting with the marchers…they will not be far away though!! We should be ok - they never insist on sitting in exact seats

I would request that everyone cooperate with staff requests on the afternoon so that the event runs smoothly!!

Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!!!
