Spicy Garlic Shrimp (Gambas al Ajillo)

2 lb frozen shrimp (deveined and peeled)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
a pinch of red pepper flakes
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

Heat the olive oil in the skillet.  Add the garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly so garlic doesn't burn. Add the frozen shrimp and cook another 2 to 3 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and done.

Pour into serving bowl and toss with parsley.
