I'm a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Economics and Statistics at the University of Delaware. I'm also a resident faculty member affiliated with the Data Science Institute at UD.

Previously, I worked as a postdoc researcher with Drs. Bani K. Mallick, Anirban Bhattacharya and Debdeep Pati in the Department of Statistics, Texas A&M University from Aug. 2020 to June 2023.   In July 2020, I obtained my Ph.D. degree in statistics, advised by Drs. Yiyuan She and Yun Yang from Florida State University. 

My primary research interests revolve around advanced statistical techniques such as high-dimensional estimation and inference, statistical learning with dependency, variational inference, nonconvex optimization, and implicit regularizations.
