Welcome to the
Prince Edward Island Schutzhund Club!

Latest News:

Raino got his WUSV judging license and will be a "by-judge" for the 2015 Universal World Championships and will judge the 2016 Universal World Championships.

PEISC will be hosting the 2015 GSSCC Nationals! We hope to see everyone there.

PEISC was well represented in the Eastern Regional Championships. Congratulations to all of our competitors and their achievements in the trial and the show ring (Raino and Wencke, Isis and Wynne, Harry and Elvis, Margie and Xyla, and Dorota and Kashmir).

Who We Are:

Since its inception in 2005, PEISC members have ranked on the podium at the National Championships. Some of our members have even competed at the World level in Germany, Belgium, Slovenia, Spain and Austria.
Also, PEISC members have held positions on the National board, and were Team Captains for Team Canada.

Please see Our Members for complete bios and photos.

What We Do:

PEISC members train Thursday evenings and Sundays. From Spring to Fall, obedience and protection is
practiced at our training field located at 192 Sleepy Hollow Road, Winsloe, only 5 minutes from Charlottetown.
We have access to some great tracking fields all over the Island, both grass and dirt.

In winter, we train in an indoor riding arena owned by one of our members, located in New Haven, 10 minutes from Charlottetown.

PEISC typically hosts two working weekends per year, as well as seminars, and our famous Lobsterfest Trial in summer. Our competitors take advantage of the weather to frequent local beaches, do a bit of camping and of course, feast on local seafood!

PEISC hosted the 2010 and 2012 East Regional Championships, which were enjoyed by all who
attended.
