PEBL Technical Report #2011-01

Authors
 Shane T. Mueller & Christoph T. Weidemann

Abstract
Mueller and Weidemann (2008) conducted a study using a dot-field classification test to identify the relative contributions of perceptual, decision, and confidence noise in generic “signal detection” tasks. The methods of that test were described in detail, and this report provides a description of the experiment (implemented in the Psychology Experiment Building Language), an archive of the data, and an explanation of the data format.
