Democracy & Education

Democracy is far more than simply voting for a President every few years. It is a fundamental understanding of healthy interactions between the individual and society. An increasing body of evidence is indicating that democracy and education are inextricably linked; that democratic societies need strong education, and authentic education needs democratic structure.
