EFC LA is holding a sport's day, the location is TBD

Hey all!

Im excited to see God connecting our churches in many ways this year!

I've attached some info below about the sports day on the 28th, but before you take a look at it, could each church do the following: :)

  • We need a rough estimate of how many teams each church will be having for each sport, so we can be as organized as possible. Please let me know by the Feb. 14
    • If your church does not have enough people for a whole team (for football), let me know ASAP, I will do my best to combine you with another church or work something out.
  • HLA will take care of food, but it will probably be around $5 per person. Could someone from each church be in charge of collecting the money. If you have any questions or want to help contact James Lee (james7ee@gmail.com).
  • A rough estimate of how many people will attend and eat by Feb. 21

The above are more important, but the following would be much appreciated:
  • We need nets for volleyball, let me or Jason Lee (hasuno@gmail.com) know if you can get a hold of one
  • We also need as many flags and cones as possible
  • Also could you let me know if you have people who are willing to ref the football games by Feb. 21
