The pDynamo project

Many people have participated in the development and application of the Dynamo series of programs. Some of those who have made significant contributions to pDynamo include:

Alexey Aleksandrov  (École Polytechnique, Paris). Reaction path finding, and reaction and solvation free energies.

Guido Raos (Politecnico di Milano, Milan). QC/MM methods for solution spectroscopy, and the pDynamo wiki.

Guilherme Menegon Arantes (University of Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo). QC and QC/MM methods and parameters, and long-time Dynamo user.

José Fernando Ruggiero Bachega (Federal Health Sciences University, Porto Alegre). The EasyHybrid GUI– project.

Marius Retegan (ESRF, Grenoble). ORCA's pDynamo QC/MM interface.

Martin Field (CEA and ILL, Grenoble). Main developer of the Dynamo series of programs.

Mikolaj Feliks (Merck Group, Warsaw). The pcetk continuum electrostatics toolkit.

Ramon Crehuet (Catalonian Advanced Chemistry Institute, Barcelona). Reaction path finding, swarms of trajectories, transition path sampling.

Troy Wymore (University of Michigan, Ann Arbor). Tutorials and workshops, and long-time Dynamo user.
