Description of attachments:

  1. Leadership Tracking Tool.Volunteers, this tool will help you and your counterpart(s) track changes in leadership capacity in the youth you work with over time. Tracking the results of your work is a professional expectation of you as an international development worker, and should be done in a participatory way with your counterpart(s) and when possible, with the youth with whom you work. 
  2. Youth Life Skills Rubric and Tracking Tool.Volunteers, this tool will help you and your counterpart(s) track changes in life skills in the youth you work with over time. Tracking the results of your work is a professional expectation of you as an international development worker, and should be done in a participatory way with your counterpart(s) and when possible, with the youth with whom you work. This tool links to some of the indicators you will be expected to report against in your VRF. 
  3. TCCS Tools. This document from Suvimon includes the following handouts: 1) Global indicators for education 2) Teacher Practice Data Collection Sheets (includes 2 data collection tools) 3) Assessing Student Achievement 4) Designing a Rubric for Suggestion Role Plays 5) Sample PRE-/POST Data Collection Sheet to Measure Student Achievement in a Course
  4. TCCS Goal 1 Indicators Spreadsheet.This spreadsheet should be used to track progress on goal 1 indicators for teachers. It will automatically calculate when a teacher has achieved the minimum change/improvement on a given indicator to be reportable in the VRF.
  5. TCCS Goal 1 Indicators Rubrics.These worksheets contain rubrics and guidelines for recording progress on goal 1 indicators. The information recorded on them should be entered in the TCCS Goal 1 Indicators Spreadsheet.
  6. Sex Ed Pre/Post-Test. This page contains a pre/post-test in English and Thai. It can be modified. 
  7. English Assessment This assessment was given to high school students participating in a junior tour guides group. However, it can be modified for any English club. See "baseline test tourism."
