Each of the duplexes are to be an octagonal building of 25' with a maximum footprint of 1,900 square feet (950 square feet per unit).
The ECP does not mention seawall construction as shown at left.

Developer "encouraged" to install, promote and maintain adequate signage to inform/educate boat owners of the importance of the Placencia Lagoon as a manatee habitat.
