PICKING UP ORDERS

There are two popcorn order pick-up days: one is for the early SHOW & SELL ORDERS and the other is for the MAIN TAKE ORDERS. A post dated cheque (dated October 31st) is required to pick up the SHOW & SELL ORDER (a Group cheque made out to "Scouts Canada" for the total amount of your SHOW & SELL ORDER is required). Payment for the MAIN TAKE ORDER is made at the time your order is placed (see the Timeline).

Note that Traditional Rewards will be available for pick-up with the MAIN TAKE ORDER pick-up in November.

Driving instructions to warehouse at 16160 Blundell Rd.

  1. From Westminster Highway, turn south on Nelson Rd (note from Hwy. 91 EASTBOUND ONLY you can exit onto Nelson Rd.).

  2. Travel south on Nelson then turn right onto Blundell Rd (it is the first major intersection). (Railway just beyond intersection)

  3. Travel west on Blundell, (well past No. 8 Road). Look for the EuroAsia sign on the first building on your left.

  4. Prior to the pick-up date, you will be emailed the exact instructions to find the loading bay where we wiil be located (this is a very large warehousing complex).

  5. Also, look for the Scouts Canada signs on the side of the road & follow these signs.

  6. BE VERY CAREFUL OF BIG TRUCKS AND LOADERS MOVING AROUND THE AREA AND BE SURE TO KEEP OUT OF THEIR WAY AT ALL TIMES.


Watch for large trucks moving around on site! If you are coming over the Queensborough Bridge, stay in your right hand lane and follow exit signs for Richmond, but take exit for Westminster Highway and go left at the lights at the top of the exit ramp. If you miss this exit you will be travelling westbound on Highway #91 and cannot exit until No. 6 road. If you do, take the No. 6 road exit and turn left and then left again just past the overpass and you will be going east on Highway #91. Take the Nelson Road exit and follow directions from No. 2 above.

When you leave the warehouse, backtrack to Westminster Highway - if are going East - turn right onto Westminster Hwy, If going West, follow Nelson road north where it joins with Highway #91. You can then take the # 6 road exit, or the Knight street exit or the Vancouver Exit or go to downtown Richmond. If going East - follow signs carefully back to Queensborough bridge.
