Early this semester, PCCEA distributed a summary of the results from the most recent Faculty Evaluation of Administration as well as a comparison of the last 3 years worth of data. The data was presented in aggregate from sorted by campus and by administrative position (President, VPI, Supervising Administrator). A good natured colleague chided us for not accommodating all learning styles by assuming that everyone could readily interpret tables of numbers. We promptly admitted our error and promised to make amends … as soon as we found the time.
It took some time but the data has been repackaged into a graphical format. Those of you who prefer graphs to tables of data should be happy with the changes. We have attached two files that summarize the 3-year data in the form of bar charts. The first aggregates the data by campus and the second by administrative position. Of the two, the campus data is a little more volatile while the position data is mostly stable.
P.S. PCCEA has been featured in thes September issue of The Advocate, specifically our Administrator Evaluation. See page 10.
