Skorts, skirts, jumpers/polo dresses, or capris must be khaki, navy, or black in color and must be 2 inches above or below the knee. Stockings must be worn with skorts, skirts, jumpers, and/or polo dresses from Thanksgiving Break until Spring Break. No denim, stripes, logos, designs of any kind is allowed. Any rips, tears, and/or excessive stains in skirts, skorts, jumpers/polo dresses, or capris are not acceptable.

Weekly Folder: Each night your child will bring home a folder containing information handouts and daily classroom work assignments. The folder will be labeled “Left at Home” on one side and “Bring Right Back” on the other. It is VERY IMPORTANT that this folder is checked each and every night by an adult. All papers should be pulled out and read. Any handouts that require a signature or information should be placed back into the folder and returned to school as soon as possible. All completed classwork should be removed and kept at home.

If Your Child is Absent or Late from/to School: The PCA school day begins promptly at 8:00am and ends at 3:30pm. It is very important that your child arrives to school on time each day so they can begin their daily activities. If your child is absent from school, please be sure to send in a written excuse. Please do not use the agenda book to write the excusal note. Notes need to be sent down to the office within 3 days of your child being absent to count as an excused day. Also remember that 3 days late to school is equal to 1 day absent. Students are marked tardy after 8:00am. They may walk to the classroom from 7:45am-8:00am. After 8:00am, they will require a written late excusal from the office to enter the classroom. You will have to walk your child to the office when this occurs.
