The second blog hop is finally here, I am very excited to be participating in this hop and since this is the first time that I am participating in a hop I will be offering two lucky ladies my version of the ever so famous Crop Chocolate "HOT CHOCOLATE"! This will be a random drawing, all you have to do is comment on my blog and on Wednesday March 28th I will pick two winners. If you happened to start here you may want to go back and start at the beginning of the hop http://craftylove4mytwins.wordpress.com
Visit all the blogs in the hop and leave a comment on each one and you will be entered into a drawing.

My project was inspired by the next up coming holiday, Easter. First is a list of supplies that I used, Echo Park, Dots and Stripes paper, Soda Fountain, My Minds Eye - Fun Day twine, Making Memories Pitter Patter paper, Making Memories Tie the Knot pearls, all purchased at Crop Chocolate. I also used assorted Tools, punches from Martha Stewart, Silhouette Design software, Martha Stewart Scoring board and the I-top brad maker. Below are a few basic directions for my project, pictures will follow with more highlights.

Here is my project a Easter Basket, I used punches for the sides and the top of the basket as well as the handle and the rosettes that adorn the front and sides of the basket.

Here is the side of the basket and a close up of a rosette, the centers of the rosette were cut from the Pitter Patter paper and made into brads with the brad maker. The paper for the rosettes as well as the whole basket is from the Soda Fountain collection by Echo Park. The twine used to tie the sides of the basket is Fun Day by My Minds Eye. Below is a picture of the eggs that I made to add to the basket, they were cut using the Silhouette Design software and a downloaded file that you can purchase "eight sided egg". I hop that you have enjoyed my blog hop, Please leave a comment below, the next stop on the hop is http://ambaju.blogspot.com/ , have fun and good luck to everyone! I would also like to thank Crop Chocolate and all the wonderful ladies the put this hop together.

I am having some technical difficulties right now with comments, we will try to get this fixed and update you.
