My name is Ryan McReynolds and I am one of the Republican candidates running for Michigan State Representative in the 94th district.

You may be wondering who I am and what I stand for, most details will be avaiable in the provided links but here is the run down, 1st of all I am an individual with high functioning autism.
I am not ashamed of my autism and I have fought for years to disprove the false myths about autism, if I am elected to represent District 94, I will be able to advocate in Lansing for constituents with autism and/other disabilities/disorders.
I also intend to advocate for victims of child abuse, one such indivdual who died as the end result of child abuse, happens to have a big role in why I am choosing to run, her name is Calista Springer (1991 - 2008).

Calista was chained to the bed every night, the Centreville School District failed to act on the responsibilities, the few people in the district who did try to help were ignored, the friends of hers that tried to help were also ignored, loads of adults who tried to help her also ignored, chaining and tying children to the bed is an action that says the child is not human but an animal, on top of that it is a fire hazard, Calista's death from smoke inhalation cause she could not get out of the house, is proof positive of just how wrong it is to chain or tie a child to the bed.
If I am elected State Representative, if Calista's Law is not passed by then, I will fight hard to make sure that law is passed, it's been 3 years since she died and that law has still not passed and become law.
No child should suffer the same way Calista Springer suffered.
Also if elected I swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of the State of Michigan.
