Robotic Assistant for Luxembourg History Museum 

Partnership with Ville de Luxembourg
  • Working title: Robotic Museum Assistant 4 VdL
  • Role: project Lead
  • Dates: 4 year project 1/1/2016-31/12/2019

The project objective is to equip VdL, starting with their two largest museums, with humanoid mobile service robots such as Pepper from Aldebaran. These robots will:
- Interact with visitors and give advice regarding for example, the schedule of the proposed events
- Provide a mobile information system to offer visitors additional background information on the artworks and the exhibitions
- Make recommendations to visitors, based on their languages and needs, regarding how to proceed with their visits.
