Welcome to Path 2 Fitness

The Path 2 Fitness is about getting fit, remaining fit and being fit.

Remember, it is easier to stay ahead rather than to catch up.

Fitness does not just happen. You need to work at it.  Some people face more of a challenge than others. But over the course of your lifetime, in order to get fit, be fit and stay fit, you need to be personally committed to fitness.  On this website, you'll find my suggestions about fitness, my Path2Fitness.  I am not a doctor nor am I a nutritionist.  I simply am somebody who was born in 1945 who has managed to remain exceptionally fit.  This website will give you my suggestions on exercise, diet and supplements based on my own experiences.   There are no products for sale by me or programs to join. This is simply sharing.

Where do you start?  The most important component of any fitness program is that commitment to making it happen.  I have never liked the concept of going on a diet.To me, a diet is something temporary.  How you eat, what you eat, how you exercise, when you exercise are all part of an overall life style.  To get fit, be fit and stay fit I set goals and standards for myself.I have kept to those goals and standard.  If you want to follow my example and stay on the Path2Fitness, then start by examining how you presently approach exercise and diet.  If you’re not satisfied, then you need to consciously map out changes that will work for you.If you feel that you are fit, then you need to make a commitment to yourself to keep doing what you are already doing.

There is no ‘magic bullet’ that will help you lose weight or get your body trim and toned.  I’ve looked for the ‘magic bullet’.  What I found was that consistency in what and how much I eat and what types of exercise I do together with how regularly I exercise are the keys.

There are pictures as well as links to short videos showing the various types of exercises I do.  To learn more, follow the links to exercise, yogaeating better and supplements
