Loss and death are an inextricable part of living. A loss can come in many different ways and can be painful causing immense stress on individuals and family/support systems. I am passionate about grief and loss therapy and end of life issues largely based on my work in the field as a paramedic and my current work with chronically ill patients and their families in oncology. If you are experiencing a loss or are anticipating a loss of any kind I would like to offer my services and understanding as you process your own unique experience.

In the End,
We only regret the chances we did not take,
The relationships we were afraid to have,
And the decisions we waited too long to make.
