Firstly, a big thank you for the work that you all undertake everyday.
In my first career I worked for the London Ambulance Service and currently work in a hospital setting with chronically ill patients and their families. Working as a paramedic was the beginning of my informal counseling career. I was able to witness and experience the difficulties and nuances that are especially significant when working in intimate, traumatic and intense situations all day/night long with individuals and family members. What I also noticed was the toll this work took on my colleagues and peers and their lives.
With this in mind providing support to you is important to me and I have set up this practice to be able to offer this service at a significant discount.
"I wanted movement and not a calm course of existence. I wanted excitement and danger and the chance to sacrifice myself for my love. I felt in myself a superabundance of energy which found no outlet in our quiet life.
- Leo Tolstoy
