PA STEM Team

The PA STEM Team nurtures learning-centered instructional strategies, personal relationships, and organizational leadership to blend students’ academic and vocational experiences. The PA STEM Team helps partners to align all elements of Pennsylvania's P-16 educational assessment anchors with 21st Century work skills setting clear and high expectations for what all students should know and be able to do.

John L. Hall, PhD is an Educational Psychologist with over 10 years experience as a workforce development consultant within the pharmaceutical and health care industries. He has worked collaboratively with regional leaders, workforce investment boards, legislators, CEOs, K-12 institutions; local, state and federal governments; teaching colleges and research institutions to enhance Pennsylvania's educational and economic development system. 

Douglas Eglington, MBA is a STEM Educator and has taught mathematics at the university and secondary school levels. He has worked as a corporate consultant and IT systems trainer for several Fortune 500 firms. He also is the Director of Growth Management, Inc., a business consulting firm.
