Spicy Chicken Portabella Pizzas
Mini Hawaiian BBQ
Mis en place:
1)Cut off mushroom stems. Sprinkle olive oil and salt on caps, bake at 400 for 20 minutes. While baking, chop vegetables, scoop out caps of baby portabellas.
2)Combine canned, shredded chicken with wing sauce and ranch.
3)Fill baby portabellas with feta and pineapple. Drizzle BBQ sauce and add pepper jack over tops. Take out large mushroom caps from the oven and cover with marinara sauce, pepper jack, chicken, veggies, and top with feta. I made one cap with chicken and one without
4)Put all mushroom caps back in the oven for another 20 minutes or until caps are tender. Enjoy!
