The Park West building is owned by the superior landlord Daejan Holdings, through its subsidiary, Coinface Limited, the immediate Landlord.

Highdorn Company Limited is the Freshwater managing agent company appointed and owned by the Daejan Holdings within the Freshwater Group of Companies. All companies are part of the Freshwater Group of Companies. 

Freshwater Property Management is a trading name of Highdorn Company Limited.

A crucial directive of the PWRA is to improve communications and transparency between the residents, leaseholders and the managing agents Highdorn Company Limited to improve the quality of life at Park West, avoid disagreements and costly legal disputes. We are a group of committed volunteers who continue to put significant effort to keep the PWRA running to deliver its vision and directives. We are Not For Profit and have a strict non-profiteering mandate for all our officers. 

The Park West Residents Association does not manage the building. If you have a problem or issue with the building or the quality of the services provided please contact Highdorn Company Limited and copy the PWRA in.
